I am passionate about design psychology and leveraged those principles to redesign a heavy-traffic product details page for a global electrical distributor Rexel, resulting in an 8% increase in cart conversions and expanding the product to multiple European countries.

  • Championed financial inclusion by partnering closely with stakeholders and advocacy groups to successfully launch a bill payment aid program for Exelon's (ComEd) low-income customers. Designed an intuitive, stigma-free application process resulting in over 1000 applicants and access to ~$6M in federal grants within just two weeks of launching ComEd's Smart Assistance Manager.This enhanced Exelon's community impact and advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

  • Drove transformational improvements in 911 emergency response systems by leading discovery research and human-centered design for public safety clients. Conducted extensive stakeholder interviews and synthesized insights to build user personas and journey maps. Performed competitive analysis and heuristic evaluations to pinpoint areas for optimization. Designed and prototyped a redesigned 911 call handling dashboard, enabling the client to acquire 5 new regional contracts after the prototype was unveiled at NENA 2021 conference.

  • Pioneered launch of a new self-checkout mobile app feature that delivered a 40% traffic surge and a 12% revenue boost for Sweden's unmanned, in-store business.
