Championed financial inclusion by partnering closely with stakeholders and advocacy groups to successfully launch a bill payment aid program for Exelon's (ComEd) low-income customers. Designed an intuitive, stigma-free application process resulting in over 1000 applicants and access to ~$6M in federal grants within just two weeks of launching ComEd's Smart Assistance Manager.This enhanced Exelon's community impact and advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
